This portal is operated by Enlarge Vision Films Ltd. (“we”, “us”) to give our authorized dealers access to product photography, video, documentation, and price lists. This policy explains what information we hold and how we use it. It is provided for general information and is not legal advice.
We store the account information you provide or that we create for you: your name, email address, a securely hashed password, and your approval and brand-access settings. We log asset downloads (which account downloaded which file and when) to operate and secure the service, and we keep an audit trail of administrative actions.
We use this information solely to operate the dealer portal: to authenticate you, control which brands and assets you can access, send transactional email (account setup, password resets, security notices), and understand which materials are being used so we can support our dealer network. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run the service, including cloud hosting, a managed database, object storage for files, and an email delivery provider. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
Passwords are stored only as salted bcrypt hashes. Access is restricted to approved accounts, and brute-force attempts are rate-limited. We keep account and log data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes.
